Bail hearing delayed for man accused of murder

A hearing for a Belfast man accused of murder that was to be scheduled for sometime this week has been continued to a later date upon the request of his attorney. Court staff at Waldo County Superior Court said the Harnish hearing for 44-year-old Todd Gilday will be held at a later date because his attorney, Philip Cohen of Waldoboro, asked the courts to continue the matter to an unspecified future date.
