State police arrested two people in connection with the theft of medical marijuana plants from a residence in Winterport in September.
Kerry Hurd, 45, was arrested Dec. 11 by U.S. Marshals and Maine State Police troopers in the parking lot of Hannaford in Bucksport. Hurd was charged with robbery, impersonating a public servant, trespass and theft by unauthorized taking. He was taken to Waldo County Jail following ...
