A Winterport woman was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after her vehicle was struck by a train.
At about 2:35 p.m. Sept. 15, 36-year-old Danielle Godley was driving on Meadow Road in Winterport when she failed to notice an approaching train as she neared a railroad crossing at Ellingwood Corner, according to a news release from Waldo County Sheriff's Office.
