Islesboro police are asking for help from the public with an investigation regarding reports of stolen fuel.
The thefts occurred at Seal Harbor dock and at Grindle Point, according to information posted by Senior Officer Fred Porter. All of the fuel was stolen from boats and from some five gallon gas cans, according to police.
