The auction began shortly after 11 a.m. as Stefan Keenan, the auctioneer from South Portland-based Keenan Auction Co., detailed some background information about the building.
In addition, bidders were told there were two years of back taxes and a water bill that would need to be paid by whomever purchases the property....
