The Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund recently awarded a college scholarship to Hannah Keyes, a graduate of Belfast Area High School, who will be attending Montserrat College of Art in 2013. Keyes was one of 162 recipients who received an award this year and was recognized for academic achievement as well as notable community, school and work activities.
