City awarded $400,000 Brownfields grant

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced May 20 it has awarded the city a $400,000 Brownfields assessment grant. City officials authorized Economic Development Director Thomas Kittredge in November 2015 to apply for funding through the Brownfields program.
