Northport woman gives $400,000 to Cornerspring Montessori School campaign

A Northport woman has donated more than $400,000 to construction of Cornerspring Montessori's new school on Lower Congress Street. Journey Home, The Campaign for Cornerspring Montessori School, announced Ann Bixler gave $418,000 to build the new school, which is sited at 258 Lower Congress St. Because of her gift, the school entrance and a garden will be named after her.
