Police arrested a Jay woman for operating under the influence of drugs after her vehicle was observed swerving on Route 3 the morning of Oct. 28.
Detective Sgt. Bryan Cunningham said police received several complaints about an erratic vehicle at about 8:12 a.m. The offending vehicle struck and damaged guardrails in Morrill, Cunningham, said, but continued traveling toward Belfast.
