A Massachusetts couple were taken to the hospital after crashing their motorcycle the morning of July 28 on Route 1 near the Belfast/Searsport town line.
Searsport Police Chief Dick LaHaye said Wayne Connolly, 58, and his wife, Mary Connolly, 54, both of Lowell, Mass., were headed east on West Main Street on a 2010 Yamaha motorcycle at 9:55 a.m.
