Fire destroys lawnmower in Waldo

A fire destroyed a riding lawnmower in Waldo June 17 but the owner was able to escape without injury. Tim Nisbet said he was mowing on his property on Moosehead Trail around 11:30 a.m. when he noticed smoke coming from his lawnmower.
