Police are working to identify the driver involved in a shooting incident in Swanville April 30.
Lt. Jason Trundy of the Waldo County Sheriff's Office said it has been difficult for investigating officers to identify the driver because one of the individuals charged in the shooting incident, Tyler Ellsworth, 16, of Swanville, has been uncooperative with the investigation.
