Two former residents of the Maine Coastal Reentry Center in Belfast were indicted on drug charges.
Scott N. Sayce, 51, of Dixfield and Morris G. Young, 28, of Winter Harbor were each indicted by a Waldo County grand jury on a charge of trafficking in prison contraband.
