A Searsport woman who drove off Swan Lake Avenue Wednesday afternoon and crashed into a taxi on Route 1 was attempting to do the Lord's work, according the Belfast police officer who investigated the accident.
"Jesus told her to turn around and come back to Hannaford," said Sgt. Matthew Cook, Thursday evening. "That's what she told me."
