The following cases were closed at Fifth District Court in Belfast between Dec. 31 and Jan. 5:
Sarah Double, 24, of Bangor, violating protection from abuse order, 48 hours in Waldo County Jail.
Kenneth A. Fay, 58, of Ridley Park, Pa., operating while license suspended or revoked – operating under the influence, $600 fine, six days in Waldo County Jail; violating condition of release, dismissed.
