A Burnham woman, who was an inmate at the Knox County Jail in 2013, filed an intent to sue Knox County, claiming she suffered sexual assault and terrorizing at the hands of a former guard.
The woman names former jail employee Richard Wellington, 61, of Warren, as the person responsible for the harassment she endured during her one-month sentence.
