Flood Watch, Wind Advisory for Midcoast

The National Weather Service has issued both a Flood Watch and Wind Advisory Tuesday, Dec. 9, due to a nor’easter swirling up the East Coast. Knox, Waldo and Lincoln counties are in the areas affected.
