The town of Lincolnville plans to close Slab City Road to through traffic from Thursday, Aug. 7, through the following Thursday, Aug. 14, in order to replace a culvert under the road. The road will be closed just east of the Slab City Road intersection with Spring Brook Drive. Travelers are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
