Soares pleads not guilty to manslaughter charge

Alvaro Soares, the Unity man who is facing a manslaughter charge pleaded not guilty during a brief court appearance Thursday, Jan. 30. In addition to the manslaughter charge, Soares was also charged with operating under the influence involving death, reckless conduct, aggravated driving to endanger and criminal speeding.
